The domain email administrator has the capability to perform administrative functions to add/edit/delete email accounts for the domain hosted. You will have him/her log into the webmail at http://mail.yourdomainname.com (Example: If your domain name is everplanet.com, then you will put in your browser http://mail.everplanet.com
After logging in, go to "Domain Settings"- > "Email Users"
Click on the user that needs the password reset/changed.
Enter the new pasword twice for the two fields of:
New Password: (type in your new password)*
Confirm Password: (type in your new password again)*
Your password must have at least 5 character containing a lowercase letter, uppper case letter and a number. Your password can contain special characters as well but is not required.
Click Save above the Mailbox Tab.
You will need to update your email software or smart phone with the new password in order to download and send email.
